GPA Northwest Hounds Out and About - Saturday, April 6th - Oakway Shopping Center - Eugene, OR

Join GPA-NW representatives at the Oakway Shopping Center in Eugene, OR for a GPA "Hounds Out and About" event!   Come and meet some adoptable Greyhounds and learn what "greyt" pets and companions Greyhounds can be.  GPA-NW reps will be INSIDE the Oakway Center from 11:00am - 2:00pm on April 6th, 2013.  We'll have signs posted at various locations around the Oakway Center to point you in the right direction.

The Oakway Center is located at the corner of Oakway and Coburg Road in Eugene.

Twenty-nine Greyhounds participated in the St. Patrick's Day Walk in Corvallis

Our St. Patrick's Day Greyhound walk (29 hounds.....a new monthly walking record turnout!) drew a lot of attention, even from a reporter and photographer from the Corvallis Gazette-Times, who were on hand to snap a few photos and publish a greyt story in the Monday, March 18th edition of the paper.  Here is the link to the story!

ATTENTION! Location of March 17th Greyhound Walk Has Changed!

The Willamette Valley Greyhound Lovers will now be walking along the Riverfront in downtown Corvallis.  We'll meet at the north end of Riverfront Park (1st & Tyler, downtown) at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 17th.  Dress your pooch in his/her best St. Patrick's Day bling (Dollar Tree has some greyt, inexpensive bling!).  This will be a shorter walk, so those of you who prefer a shorter, flat stroll will enjoy the walk along the paved path.
