GPA-NW "Meet A Retired Racer" Event @ Animal Crackers in Corvallis - Saturday, April 14th

Greyhound Pet Adoption-Northwest will be at Animal Crackers Pet Supply in Corvallis on Saturday, April 14th, from 11AM-1PM along with some wonderful retired racing Greyhounds for you to meet.

Representatives from GPA-NW will be on hand to answer questions about Greyhounds and/or Greyhound adoption.

Stop by, meet the pooches and say hi to their people!

Pet Day 2018! Saturday, May 5th @ Magruder Hall on the OSU Campus

Pet Day - May 5th, 2018 - Magruder Hall on the Campus of Oregon State University

Oregon State University’s Pet Day Celebration for 2018 is 
slated for Saturday, May 5th from 10AM - 3PM. Pet Day is held at Magruder Hall, located on 30th Street just west of the Merritt Truax Indoor Center on the campus of Oregon State University in Corvallis. As usual, Greyhound Pet Adoption - Northwest will have a booth, along with some greyt adoptable Greyhounds. The event is free, though some activities (pony rides, dog wash) will have a nominal fee. Pet Day activities include agility demonstrations, fun run/walk (with or without your pet), games, food, demonstrations, llamas, goats, ponies and dogs, dogs, dogs! 

Last year nearly 3,000 folks attended, so this is a greyt chance to educate folks about the joys of life with a Greyhound, as well as a chance to show off your pooch! Yes, leashed dogs are welcome throughout the grounds, though they are not allowed at the indoor exhibits.

Come celebrate the human-animal bond! 

Free parking is available across the street in the Reser Stadium lot.

Let's see if spring has sprung on Sunday, March 18, by meeting at Golden Gardens City Park in north Eugene at 1:30. 

Go north off of Barger Drive onto Golden Gardens Street; drive to the end and park on Jessen Drive near the entrance to the walking trail.
