As usual, Greyhound Pet Adoption - Northwest will have a booth, along with some greyt adoptable Greyhounds. The event is free, though some activities (pony rides, dog wash) will have a nominal fee. Pet Day activities include agility demonstrations, fun run/walk (with or without your pet), games, food, demonstrations, llamas, goats, ponies and dogs, dogs, dogs!
The demolition of the former Multnomah Greyhound Park is beginning this week, according to a news release issued by the Grand Ronde tribal confederation, which purchased the property late last year.
