Eugene council mulls bans on dogs, smoking downtown

Eugene city councilors will consider trial bans — with some exceptions — on dogs and smoking in public places downtown.

Public can weigh in Feb. 27 on the Eugene City Council’s proposed experimental bans on downtown dogs and smoking. It would sunset in November if it isn’t effective.
