On January 31st, Blue Ridge Beef recalled 5,700 lbs of its 2 lb log Natural Mix due to Salmonella contamination.
The issue came to light when samples of the product were collected on January 8th by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and tested positive for Salmonella.
